Levi Ground Floor Office & Research Class Lab

Approximately 6,000 SF renovation to office spaces and a teaching lab. The renovation included adding new DDC hydronic VAV boxes to the existing system, environmental chambers, lab sinks and air/vac connections. The offices required accessible controls and logical HVAC zoning to ensure occupant comfort and good air quality. The classroom areas required laminar flow air devices to minimize the movement of air in sensitive areas, new lighting and controls, and connections to specialty lab equipment.
